KHDMAT provides communication features between users and service providers. Abuse, spam, fraud, or harassment is prohibited.

• Uploading harmful or misleading content
• Unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Service Marketplace

KHDMAT acts as a platform connecting users and service providers. We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by third parties.

Account Suspension

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

KHDMAT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

KHDMAT and its developers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
